This privacy policy by UAB BOD GROUP, legal entity code 124570216, registered office address Mokslininkų str. 6A, Vilnius, e-mail address office@bodgroup.com (hereinafter - the Manager), sets the conditions for the processing of personal data of visitors to the website www.bodgroup.com and the implementation of the rights of data subjects related to the processing of personal data order.

The manager may review and change this Privacy Policy at any time, so we encourage you to periodically review the current version of this Privacy Policy. The date of publication of the current version of the Privacy Policy is indicated at the top of this website.

The personal data of website visitors and other data subjects are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation and ensuring appropriate technical and organizational measures for the protection of personal data.

The manager uses personal data provided by you or collected by the manager with your consent only for the purposes specified in the privacy policy, and does not transfer personal data to other persons for control, except for the cases specified in this privacy policy. Where a request is made to restrict the processing of only part of the personal data processed by the manager, the request shall specify the categories of personal data the processing of which is requested to be restricted.

If the request is justified, the processing of personal data shall be limited to 5 working days from the receipt of the request.

  • The right to data portability

This right is implemented by submitting a written request to the registered Manager's office or e-mail address office@bodgroup.com (if a request signed by e-mail is submitted). Where only part of the personal data processed by the manager is requested to be transferred, the request shall specify the categories of personal data for which the right to transfer data is implemented.

If the request is justified, the Manager will provide you or your designated manager with your personal data in a computer-readable format no later than 30 days after receipt of the request (depending on your request, the personalized data will be emailed or stored on an external drive).

  • The right not to consent to the processing of personal data

This right is implemented by submitting a written request to the registered Manager's office or e-mail address office@bodgroup.com (if a request signed by e-mail is submitted)

After expressing disagreement with the processing of personal data will assess whether your legitimate interest in disagreeing with the processing of personal data outweighs the legitimate interest of the Manager in the processing of your personal data.

Website provides the opportunity to contact the Manager in several ways: submit your request by filling out the contact form (https://www.bodgroup.com/en/career-bod-group), contact via the social network LinkedIn, which is linked to each website in the lower left corner of the website, contact via the tawk.to correspondence program in the lower right corner of each page of the website, or contact the email address or telephone number provided on the website.

In order to respond to your inquiry and to preserve evidence of correspondence (in the legitimate interest of effective communication and to avoid disputes relating to the service of persons), the Manager shall process the following information provided by you:

  • When sending a request via the contact form, the name, surname, company name, e-mail address, telephone number, country and content of the request will be processed. Without this information, you will not be able to contact us by making a request through the contact form.

  • When sending a request via the social network LinkedIn, the name and content of the correspondence with the Manager's representative will be processed.

  • When sending a request via the correspondence program tawk.to, the content of the correspondence with the representative of the Manager and the IP address from which the correspondence originated will be processed.

  • When sending a request to the e-mail address provided on the website, the name, e-mail address, date and time of the e-mail and the content of the correspondence with the Manager's representative will be processed.

 

The personal data provided with the inquiries will be stored for 1 (one) year after the inquiry and further correspondence between you and the Manager's representative will be kept to the extent necessary to perform the specific task and ensure the implementation of the Manager's rights and personal data will be stored for 1 (one) year after the implementation of a specific task.

Your rights regarding the processing of personal data are set out in the RIGHTS IMPLEMENTATION section of the Privacy Policy.

 

 

CONCLUSION AND PERFORMANCE OF THE CONTRACTS

The following data shall be processed for the purpose of concluding the contract and performing the contract: (a) personal data (name, surname, personal identification number, address of residence) are being processed in order to conclude and properly perform the contract; b) contact data (telephone number, e-mail address) is being processed for the purpose of communicating with the client regarding the performance of the contract.

Legal basis: Article 6 of the BDAR (General Data Protection Regulation) b) p. - the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to act at the request of the data subject prior to the conclusion of the contract.

Personal data is stored for the purpose of performance of the contract for 10 years from the end of the contract.

 

DIRECT MARKETING

Each visitor of the website can subscribe to news about the goods offered by the Manager, applicable promotions and organized events (subscribtion to the newsletter) by entering their e-mail address in the newsletter order form on the website. The basis for managing the e-mail address of the newsletter subscriber is the subscriber's consent to receive newsletters.

The Manager's newsletters are also sent to the Manager's purchasers of goods in pursuance of the Manager's legitimate interest in informing its customers of applicable promotions and similar goods or services, unless the customer objects to the processing of his personal data for direct marketing purposes before or after purchasing the goods or services. The following customer data is processed for the purpose of direct marketing: name, surname, e-mail address.

Personal data processed for direct marketing purposes is transferred to data controllers employed by the Manager who administer e-mail and outgoing mail analysis programs.

Both subscribers to the newsletter and other recipients of the newsletter may unsubscribe from the Manager's newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link or by submitting a request to office@bodgroup.com. Personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the newsletter was ordered or the last item was purchased..

VIDEO SURVEILLANCE

In the territory of the Manager and in the premises located at Linkmenų str. 25 and Linkmenų st. 25A, Vilnius, video surveillance is carried out. The image is monitored for the purpose of protecting the Manager's assets and ensuring the safety of employees. The legal basis for the processing of the video data is the legitimate interest of the Manager to prevent the occurrence of damage that the Manager would suffer if he lost property or did not ensure the safety of employees.

 

The monitored parts of the premises are marked with visual aids visible before entering the video surveillance field.

Video data is transmitted to the data controller - the security service, and in case of suspicion of a crime or other violation of the law, it may also be provided to law enforcement authorities. Video data is recorded and stored for 30 calendar days. If video data is used as evidence by law enforcement authorities, it shall be kept for as long as is necessary for these purposes of data processing.

Your rights regarding the processing of personal data are specified in the PROCEDURE FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF RIGHTS section in the Privacy Policy.

PERSONAL DETAILS OF CANDIDATES FOR WORKPLACE

All the personal data of persons wishing to be employed by the Manager shall be processed by the Manager only for the purpose of selecting and recruiting employees with a legitimate interest in assessing the suitability of the candidate for the wanted job.

The Manager receives personal data of candidates for employment, directly from the candidate when he / she sends his / her CV to the Manager, as well as from the agencies providing employment services to the Manager.

In addition to the data provided by the person wishing to work for the Manager's company, the Manager may collect and otherwise process other publicly available data of the candidate, e.g. search for information online, check the candidate's social networking profiles (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter), and so on. The manager may also contact the former employers mentioned in the candidate's curriculum vitae (CV) to request information on the candidate's qualifications, professional abilities and subject characteristics.

The Manager shall keep the data on the candidate provided by the candidate and collected independently for 4 months from the end of the specific selection of the employee. The period of storage of personal data shall be extended only with the separate consent of the candidate. If the consent to the storage of the candidate's personal data for more than 4 months after the end of the selection is not received, at the end of this period all personal data of the candidate (both submitted by the candidate and collected by the Manager) will be destroyed.
